The Columbia Association does not allow unauthorized use of open space for gardens, play equipment, pets, tree removal, motorized vehicles, etc. Proposed changes of open space use must go through the River Hill Open Space Committee, RAC, and the River Hill Village Board before being considered by the Columbia Association.
