GUIDELINE NO. 24 - LAWN ORNAMENTATION An Exterior Alteration Application generally will not be required for lawn ornamentation, which includes, but is not limited to, sculpture, statuary, fountains, birdbaths and trellises. However, when ornamentation is of such a scale or character as to dominate a yard, an application will be required. Application Requirements: Submit a site (plat) plan showing style, type of material, color, location of ornamentation and a manufacturer's drawing and/or photograph, if available. When screening is necessary, submit details of proposed screening (see Screening).
